We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Weifield Group Contracting Texas LLC. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage electrical projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, estimators, and project coordinators, to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including tracking expenses, managing change orders, and preparing project close-out documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical project management, with a focus on commercial or industrial projects.
  • Proven track record of managing electrical projects with budgets over $30M and teams of over 100 employees.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Accubid, with experience in project management software.
