Compensation:

$12 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster teamwork.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere by keeping the work area clean and organized.
  • Contribute to transforming customer perceptions of laundry services.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
  • Educate customers about our services, products, and promotions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Follow the established dress code.
  • Prioritize safety for both customers and team members.
  • Play a vital role in driving our laundry service growth.

Laundry Processing:

  • Manage all aspects of laundry orders in our POS system.
  • Communicate our laundry values and services to customers.
  • Sort, wash, dry, fold, and hang laundry items.
  • Inspect items for stains or damages and address them accordingly.
  • Ensure a high-quality laundry experience for our customers.
  • Maintain an inventory of laundry supplies.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Understand proper laundry procedures and best practices.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management to meet deadlines.
  • Be capable of lifting 20lbs or more consistently.
  • Maintain laundry machines and report any maintenance needs.
