- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to pump mechanics, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a pump mechanic or related role, with a strong background in technical services and customer support.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of pumps and related systems, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to quality and customer service.
