Job Details:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Outreach Specialist. As an Outreach Specialist, you will conduct outreach activities to current program participants and disengaged participants to market services, connect participants with resources, and re-engage participants. The ideal candidate should have a background in outreach and/or workforce development and be willing to work with at-risk and vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities:

The Outreach Specialist will perform the following duties:
  • Conduct outreach activities to connect participants with services and resources.
  • Conduct re-engagement efforts for disengaged participants.
  • Ensure proper and timely follow-up to engage participants and promote compliance.
  • Conduct community-based outreach as needed.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a HS Diploma or GED/TASC, ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing, highly organized and detail oriented skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills, and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and be sensitive to maintaining confidentiality. A minimum of 1 year of satisfactory full-time administrative support experience is required.
