Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. is seeking a skilled Landscape Architect to join our Land Development team in Columbus, OH. As a key member of our design team, you will work on a diverse range of projects, from urban parks and plazas to residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
Key Responsibilities- Project Development: Develop site design projects from master planning to construction documentation.
- Concept Design: Create illustrative concept drawings using 3D and 2D digital illustration tools, free-hand drawing, and digital color rendering.
- Construction Observation: Provide construction observation services, including field observation of landscape installation and plant selection.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, planners, engineers, and other site-based disciplines on commercial and institutionally-scaled planning and design projects.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
- Experience: 5+ years of related experience.
- Licensure: Landscape Architect Registration.
- Skills: Strong planning and design skills on urban and institutionally-scaled projects, proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of plant materials, terminology, and planting.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, graphic, and organizational skills.
