Job Description

As a Hearing Instrument Specialist / Audiologist with Lucid Hearing, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and offering a free hearing screen
  • Analyzing test findings and making recommendations based on the customer's hearing loss
  • Recommending and dispensing assistive listening and hearing solutions
  • Educating patients on how to use and maintain hearing aid devices, providing demonstrations and information
  • Following up with patients to ensure satisfaction with their assistive listening and hearing devices
Requirements

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual with the following qualifications:

  • Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and/or Audiologist
  • Motivated by helping people hear better
  • Ambitious with a sales attitude
  • An entrepreneur mindset with problem-solving skills, with great autonomy in this role
  • Excellent follow-up skills
