Key Responsibilities:

The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing MRI procedures that assist in patient diagnosis. Key duties include:

  • Ensuring accountability in the execution of magnetic resonance assessments and following departmental protocols.
  • Preparing and positioning patients appropriately for various MRI examinations.

Qualifications:

A. Education/Skills:

Completion of technical or vocational training in MRI technology.

B. Experience:

Preferred minimum of one year of experience in MRI.

C. Licenses and Certifications:

ARRT (MR), MRT, and BLS certification from an HCA-approved provider. MRI certification must be obtained within six months of hire.
