Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Safety Monitor to join our team at Lawrence General Hospital. As a Patient Safety Monitor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one, two-to-one, or rounding observation of patients who have been deemed a safety risk to themselves and/or others.
  • Assist in the provision of a safe and clean environment and provide assistance with activities of daily living, when appropriate.
  • Communicate changes in behavior/activity to the registered nurse.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • BCLS or Heart Saver certification.
  • Knowledge and skills necessary to provide a safe environment.
  • Possesses the judgment and ability to effectively communicate observed changes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Clinical work experience.
