  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment plant operations, with a focus on management and supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes, including chemical treatment, biological treatment, and sludge management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
