Job Overview

This role is focused on leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of control and system software for our quantum computing systems. You'll work closely with our system architecture, design, and validation teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement system software for our quantum computing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our software development processes.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in quantum computing.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of system software development, particularly in Rust or C++.
  • Experience with architecture and implementation of system software for HPC, robotics, AI, or related fields.
  • At least 15 years of commercial experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Compensation and Perks

The base salary for this position is estimated to be between $215,000 and $240,000 USD annually. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible for equity and comprehensive benefits packages.
