Store Department Manager

At REI, we're seeking a Store Department Manager to lead our sales teams and drive business growth. As a key member of our store management team, you'll be responsible for coaching and motivating our retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
