Key Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and schematics to understand production requirements
• Utilize hand tools, grinders, sanders, files, buffing wheels, and polishing techniques to remove imperfections and marks
• Ensure quality products by adhering to company standards and protocols
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals and deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• At least a High School Diploma
• At least 1 year of machine shop experience on CNC Milling Machines
• Experience using tools such as sanders, buffing wheels, files, cutters, grinders, calipers, micrometers, height indicators, etc.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Proficiency in measurement equipment to inspect work
• Trade School Experience
• CNC Certifications
