We are seeking an experienced:
Hospice Clinical Manager - RN
Full-time position in Harnett and Johnston Counties
Job Description:
- Manage the coordination of patient services to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation for patient care and staff performance.
- Supervise assigned care staff to optimize team efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Administrator as needed to drive organizational success.
- Provide direct patient care when necessary, including case management, Oasis care planning, and staff assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Hold current RN licensure in North Carolina and complete nursing education from an approved school.
- Possess at least three years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in hospice settings.
- Have in-depth knowledge of hospice/homecare regulations.
- Demonstrate ability to independently organize work, provide effective case management, and document care accurately and efficiently.
- Exhibit strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Utilize a personal computer and possess working knowledge of various software applications.
- Maintain CPR certification.
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation reflects the level of responsibility and expertise required for this role in the designated location.
