The warehouse associate will be tasked with receiving and storing products from incoming shipments while contributing to daily production requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, package, and store incoming merchandise.
  • Process FedEx ground and NDA shipments.
  • Stage and load delivery trucks.
  • Assist in switching refrigerator doors from right to left.
  • Conduct inventory counts and uphold high standards for audits.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Report discrepancies and ensure quality control.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  • Adhere to procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Utilize power hand tools proficiently.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
  • Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Pass a background check, drug screening, and complete a medical health questionnaire.
  • Capability to perform essential job functions, with or without accommodation, including but not limited to:
  • Standing for extended periods, handling various assembly parts, walking distances, reaching at waist level, pushing/pulling, grasping/squeezing/pinching parts.
  • Fine motor skills to use air tools.
  • Ability to reach overhead, at shoulder, knee, and floor levels.
  • Bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders or stairs, pivoting, twisting, extending, and rotating the neck, and using vibratory tools.
  • Handling and lifting packages up to 90 pounds.
  • Working in proximity to heavy machinery in a noisy environment.
  • Following work rules, exercising judgment, and working quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines, even under pressure.
  • Functioning independently while maintaining attention and concentration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting, including shipping and receiving.
  • Forklift and clamp lift operation skills preferred.
