Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Cross Country Allied is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel job in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in preparing patients for testing by administering radioactive drugs. Working under the supervision of a physician, you will help patients understand the procedure, prepare and deliver radioactive drugs, operate equipment, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Administer radioactive drugs to patients for diagnostic testing
  • Prepare patients for testing by explaining procedures and obtaining necessary information
  • Operate equipment to administer and monitor radioactive drugs
  • Maintain accurate records of patient testing and results
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and quality care
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in a relevant setting and specialty
  • ARRT/NMTCB Certification
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state license (if applicable)
