Mann Mortgage is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing and originating mortgage loans, managing the client experience from origination to closing, and examining, evaluating, and recommending customer applications for real estate loans.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing and Origination: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and originate mortgage loans that meet the company's underwriting guidelines.
- Client Experience: Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the loan process, ensuring timely and efficient communication and resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Loan Evaluation: Examine and evaluate customer applications for real estate loans, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate, and that the loan meets the company's underwriting guidelines.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement a marketing plan to attract new clients and grow existing relationships, and solicit customers through established networks and community involvement.
- Market Analysis: Analyze potential loan markets to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in mortgage lending software and systems.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Competitive Compensation: Commission-based pay with a general pay range of $30,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually.
