Job Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources department at the Klamath-Trinity Joint Unified School District. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role
This position requires a professional with excellent communication and organizational skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to HR staff members, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, take minutes, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement efficient filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of district policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:
