We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to lead our Hopkinsville facility, responsible for manufacturing headliner systems. As a key member of our team, you will drive change and lead operational improvement initiatives, ensuring the site's success and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the site's operations, quality, and financial targets, ensuring effective collaboration with commercial teams.
  • Environmental Stewardship: Take overall responsibility for environmental matters within the site and maintain effective liaison with relevant stakeholders.
  • Strategic Leadership: Manage all functions within the site P&L, operating within a wider group environment, including strategy, operations, HR, finance, sales, capital expenditures, forecasting, budgeting, audit performance, and expense management.
  • Business Development: Establish and implement strategies with long-term impact on business results, aligning with group objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor site performance, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting.
  • Team Development: Develop and support the management team to deliver against departmental goals.
