Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fencing Installation Supervisor to oversee the installation, removal, and maintenance of rental fencing systems. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in construction or fencing who are looking to build a long-term career.

Compensation:
Hourly pay ranges from $26.00 to $33.00, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare installation sites by ensuring all necessary safety measures are in place.
  • Identify and adhere to underground utility markings to prevent damage during installation.
  • Ensure proper alignment and vertical positioning of posts.
  • Utilize tools such as jackhammers and core drills for post installation.
  • Attach support rails to posts using appropriate hand tools.
  • Install privacy panels according to project specifications.
  • Set up rental fencing panels securely, using weights or sandbags as needed.
  • Conduct field repairs on temporary fencing to maintain quality standards.
  • Manage the removal and safe transportation of rental fencing back to the branch.
  • Inspect fencing materials for damage and document findings.
  • Collect customer signatures to finalize work orders.
  • Operate forklifts and other machinery for material handling.
  • Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to DOT regulations.
  • Complete necessary administrative tasks, including time sheets and safety checklists.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations set by the company and governing bodies.

Required Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials, up to 100 lbs.

Experience Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year in heavy construction.
  • At least 1 year of experience driving large commercial vehicles (non-CDL).
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Prior experience in fencing is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
