Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Engage with customers through phone and in-person interactions to process service requests, including installations and changes.
  • Complete necessary documentation, determine service charges, and manage customer accounts.
  • Utilize software applications, particularly MS Word and Excel, to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Deliver services in a manner that fosters positive relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Promote additional services to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Capable of analyzing problems and compiling relevant data for reporting.
