Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist dentists during dental procedures.

  • Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
  • Provide patients with oral care instructions following surgery or other treatments.
  • Record patient medical histories and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid x-ray certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • CPR certification (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental assistant.
  • Experience taking impressions and pouring models.
  • Experience assisting during procedures like CR/SR fillings, crown/bridge prep.
  • Ability to setup and breakdown operatories.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Experience with dental software such as Open Dental is preferred.
