Job Opportunity

Western Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Ultrasonic Testing Specialist to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. As a Level II Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) certified individual, you will be responsible for providing documented OJT and certifications. Experience with API 650, API 1104, ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, Sec. VIII, In-Line Inspection (ILI), FlexoFORM, HydroFORM, and/or Creaform is preferred but not required. You will work with automated and semi-automated encoders, and manual scanning techniques. A current holder of AWS-CWI is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of work-related experience in commercial and/or industrial construction inspection industries. Good communication skills, report writing, and the ability to work alone or in a team atmosphere are required. Additionally, you must have a clean motor vehicle record, pass a pre-employment drug screening, and complete a criminal background check.
