About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team at Staffmark Group. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Load and unload machine instruments, feed conveyors, and assemble fixtures.
  • Quality Control: Monitor equipment for malfunctions and maintenance issues, conduct quality checks, and verify gauging.
  • Packaging and Labeling: Pack finished parts and apply appropriate labeling and markings.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of machine operating experience, preferably in a CNC environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency with quality measurement tools, basic math and reading skills, and ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
