About the Role

This is a Senior QA Engineer position that requires a quality-focused individual to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Being a mentor and a catalyst for quality-focused activities.
  • Using various techniques and skills to mitigate risks.
  • Treating testing as a continuous activity throughout the entire delivery pipeline.
  • Promoting quality as a whole team's responsibility.
  • Being a guardian of business value.
  • Proposing and implementing more efficient testing procedures.
  • Making suggestions for changes and improvements to projects and products.
  • Working in close cooperation with the Developers & PM crew on the implementation of apps.

Your responsibilities will centre around helping build solutions instead of breaking stuff. You'll be a mentor and a catalyst for quality-focused activities, using various techniques and skills to mitigate risks.

Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar job (software tester, web or mobile).
  • Experience in cooperating with clients (internal or external) as a software tester.
  • Understanding of User Experience aspects.
  • Understanding of modern software development.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English (C1+); Polish not required.
