Senior QA Engineer, TikTok E-commerce

At TikTok, we're looking for a skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our team and help us deliver high-quality e-commerce experiences to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in PRD review and architectural design review to ensure a deep understanding of the business logic, system architecture, and inner functioning of the product.
- Develop and implement a reasonable test strategy, plan, and test cases, as well as manage bugs and conduct retrospectives.
- Focus on a wide variety of testing techniques and types, including functional, non-functional, security, performance, regression, and joint testing.
- Manage project quality, focusing on process specification implementation, risk identification, and pushing teams to solve issues to ensure high-quality and efficient deployment.
- Utilize manual testing skills and proficiently use testing tools and frameworks, with some automation skills and the ability to maintain and upgrade automation use cases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in testing and development in the high-tech sector.
- Excellent business process and business logic understanding ability, as well as accurate and comprehensive test strategy and use case design ability.
- Familiarity with the overall process of project testing, keen to identify risks and promote solutions, and certain project quality management capabilities.
- Strong self-driving force, fast learning ability, and strong concurrent task processing ability and efficient work output.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
