Home Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Sherwood, providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a Registered Nurse with Almost Family, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, while enjoying a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical services within the scope of practice, in accordance with the plan of care and infection control standards.
- Conduct clinical nursing assessments and ensure patient eligibility and medical necessity for services.
- Develop and revise individualized plans of care and service plans according to federal and state program requirements.
- Ensure plan of care frequency and duration meets the needs of the patient and initiates plan of care revisions as needed with physician approval.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in state of practice.
- Current drivers license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- Current CPR certification.
