Job Title: Revenue Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Development Executive to join our team in Detroit, MI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and fostering relationships with agencies and brands, driving revenue growth through new business opportunities and existing account expansion.

Responsibilities

">

Your primary responsibilities will include:

">
  • ">
  • Prospecting and establishing new accounts to achieve revenue goals;">
  • Growing revenue within existing accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling;">
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue and meet sales targets;">
  • Delivering engaging presentations and strategic proposals addressing client business goals;">
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and managing the sales pipeline using internal tools and Hubspot CRM;">
  • Accurately projecting and forecasting revenue throughout the year;">
  • Collecting customer feedback to identify product, service, and future revenue opportunities;">
  • Staying updated on industry knowledge and competitor opportunities;">
  • Traveling within your territory (10-15%) and participating in industry events;">

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

">
  • ">
  • 2+ years of digital media sales experience, preferably in programmatic sales;">
  • A track record of achieving sales goals;">
  • Proven success in Associate Account Executive or Business Development Representative roles;">
  • A solid understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape;">
  • Self-motivation and the ability to handle stress under tight deadlines and financial pressures;">
  • Excellent written, verbal, phone, and video presentation skills;">
  • Highly organized with attention to detail;">
  • The ability to build strong relationships and establish rapport with clients;">
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills;">
  • Excellent customer service skills;">
  • Fluent knowledge of CTV, Search & Social, mobile, DOOH, Rich Media, and other digital media products (preferred).">
