In this role, you will welcome visitors to the community, provide insights about the property, and engage in leasing activities. Your meticulous attention to detail will aid you in explaining rental policies and managing workflows, including applications, rental agreements, and move-in packages. Proficiency in Yardi and Tenant Tech will be essential for data entry and generating accurate reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. You should take pride in resolving resident concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
The Assistant Supervisor supports the Resident Manager and assumes all responsibilities in their absence. You will be tasked with adhering to and enforcing company policies and procedures while consistently acting in the best interest of Carla Properties, Ltd. Specific duties may vary depending on the property's needs and staff size, with assignments made by the Resident Manager.
To thrive in this position, you must enjoy working with people and handling a variety of tasks throughout your day. Your collaboration with the Resident Manager will be key as you support their functions and workflow, playing a vital role in the success of Carla Properties.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must possess a minimum of 4 years of leasing experience and at least 2 years in an assistant management role. Essential skills for this position include:
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Intermediate computer proficiency.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with Yardi and Tenant Tech is advantageous.
This is a full-time position requiring weekend work, with a total of 39.5 hours per week. The schedule is Sunday to Thursday, with Friday and Saturday off. Weekday hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, and weekend hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM.
