Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day property operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily property operations, including cash handling and customer service.
  • Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits as per company policies.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with a focus on safety and maximizing units available for rent.

Requirements:

  • Cash handling experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
