Key Responsibilities

  • Perform annual performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff

  • Implement process improvements and investigate root cause analysis of recurring problems

  • Hold self and others accountable and take responsibility for outcomes
  • Establish and maintain a safe working environment and ensure staff compliance with safety guidelines
Requirements
  • Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology Program recognized by ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS
  • Three years of progressively more responsible experience in Imaging Services, including experience in a lead role
  • Strong leadership ability, good organizational skills, independent and critical thinking skills, and sound judgment
  • Strong ability to communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Current Registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB), or American Registry Diagnostic Medical Sonographers
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
