Job Title: Yoga, Pilates, Dance Instructor

SLX HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a skilled Yoga, Pilates, Dance Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and leading guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality stretching sessions to clients, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
  • Lead group stretching classes, motivating and engaging clients to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and promoting membership retention.
  • Manage client care, updating notes and booking appointments to ensure seamless service.
  • Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to studio policies.
  • Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Address client concerns and provide solutions in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with Sales Associates and General Manager to promote studio tours and sales.
  • Maintain a strong social media presence to engage with clients and promote membership retention.
  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure it is available for client use.
Requirements:
  • Passion for boutique fitness and stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor.
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment, providing hands-on training with clients.
  • Fitness certification required.
  • Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
  • Fantastic communication skills and empathy.
  • Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve their goals.
  • Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to attendance policies.
  • Must be available to complete our 2-day Flexologist Training Program.
Compensation:

Hourly wage: $22-$25. Additional hours supporting the studio: $10-$15 per hour. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
