Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Goldfish Swim School - Aurora. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our students and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all patrons
  • Maintain constant surveillance of the facility and respond promptly to emergencies
  • Communicate rules and regulations to patrons in a fair and consistent manner
  • Provide emergency care and treatment as required
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all

Requirements:

  • Current and valid American Red Cross Certification or willingness to obtain through Ellis and Associates
  • Ability to work with children and provide a safe and supportive environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
