The Clinical Applications Operations Manager is tasked with leading the Clinical Applications Division, ensuring the development, upkeep, support, and enhancement of both new and existing clinical software solutions.
Responsibility 1:
Offers application support and guidance to team analysts, empowering them to independently manage projects while recognizing the appropriate moments for updates and assistance to optimize IT resources.

Provides counsel to systems analyst personnel regarding administrative processes, technical challenges, and project priorities. Oversees and evaluates the work of systems analysts, delivering technical support and direction.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Nursing, or a related field.
3 to 5+ years of experience, including one to three years in a leadership role.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting clinical applications and workflows.
Proven leadership experience in guiding and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve both tactical and strategic objectives.
Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale IT projects and directing staff in integrating information services to meet overall business requirements.
Experience serving as a role model for exceptional customer service, professionalism, and teamwork.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and convey ideas clearly to users at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
Experience in interpreting local and federal laws/regulations (including HIPAA) as they apply to organizational operations.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, user department personnel, and software vendors.
Willingness to be on call.
A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must meet company fleet policy and insurance requirements.
Strong service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with Oracle Cerner Millennium.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Engagement in physical activities that necessitate considerable use of arms and legs, including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
