We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Clinical Assistant to join our team at Advanced Dermatology and Mohs Surgery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, supporting our physicians with medical procedures, and contributing to a positive work environment.
About the RoleThe Clinical Assistant will be an integral part of our dermatology team, working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with surgical and non-surgical procedures
- Taking patient medical histories and documenting information
- Providing patient education and support
- Cleaning and sterilizing instruments
- Stocking exam rooms and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Assisting with prescription refills and follow-up appointments
To succeed as a Clinical Assistant, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
