Dietary Aide

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at Premier Genesee Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Batavia, NY.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 per hour, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their career in the healthcare industry.

As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and/or assisting in the preparation of meals, beverages, and snacks
• Delivering trays and carts to resident floors and dining rooms
• Assembling resident meal trays and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• The ability to read, speak, and understand English, follow directions, and complete tasks
• The ability to interact positively with residents, families, clients, center staff, and the public
• The ability to lift/carry a maximum of fifty pounds, push/pull a maximum of fifty pounds, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time
