Position: Wire Harness Assembly Technician
Trexon, a prominent player in the Aerospace and Defense manufacturing sector, is currently in search of a skilled Wire Harness Assembly Technician. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding technical skills and leadership qualities, ensuring the production of top-notch wire harness assemblies.
Work Schedule: Full-time, 9/80 schedule
Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation: $18 to $22 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly and Soldering:
- Execute precision soldering on a variety of electronic components and semi-rigid RF cable assemblies.
- Construct and fabricate wire harnesses and cable assemblies in accordance with engineering specifications and schematics.
- Employ hand tools, soldering irons, and other equipment to guarantee accurate and dependable connections.
- Perform inspections and testing to confirm the quality and functionality of finished assemblies.
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in wire harness assembly or formal training in this area is mandatory.
- Ability to interpret and comprehend engineering drawings, notes, and assembly instructions.
- A strong commitment to quality, reliability, and a sense of pride in workmanship.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as rulers, scales, tape measures, and calipers.
- Possession of reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
