We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Consultant to join our team at BBSI. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a critical role in helping our business-owner clients maximize their investment in human capital through the establishment of best practices in enterprise risk management and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to our business-owner clients and internal team of experts in risk management and occupational health and safety.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies that positively impact client and BBSI initiatives and profitability.
  • Partner with client companies to educate and influence them on matters involving the promotion of a proactive risk management culture, occupational health and safety, and behavior-based safety.
  • Conduct facility, job site, and pre-construction surveys to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to clients and internal teams on risk management, occupational health and safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process control and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in risk management, occupational health and safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional certifications such as CSP, ARM, RPIH, CHMM, CIH, or Six Sigma preferred.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range of $95,000-$115,000 annually.
  • Eligibility for incentive pay and bonuses.
