Starting pay is $18/hour for candidates without prior experience. Additional earnings can be achieved through unlimited sales commissions, alongside benefits such as a company-matched 401k, paid time off, and comprehensive medical, vision, dental, life, and disability coverage.
Career Development: Our technicians will receive support for career advancement and state licensing. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, possess strong communication and computer skills, demonstrate excellent observation and documentation abilities, and work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and treatments for pests, pest habitats, and entry points.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships.
- Uphold high service standards across all accounts.
- Take initiative and responsibility for resolving pest issues.
- Recommend and sell services tailored to customer needs.
- Engage in group meetings and account evaluations.
- Complete ongoing training, both independently and in groups.
- Actively participate as a team member.
- Be flexible with work hours.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Proficient in using computers and smartphones.
- Physical capability to set up and work from extension ladders exceeding 12 feet.
- Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to read and comprehend product labels in English.
- Possess a valid driving record that aligns with company standards.
- Demonstrate a stable work history.
- Work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable working with insects and various animals in diverse environmental conditions.
- Pass a respirator fit test and potentially a Department of Transportation physical.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug test, motor vehicle check, and criminal background investigation.
- For safety reasons, technicians must maintain a clean-shaven appearance for respirator use.
