Overview

Job Summary

Job Title: Benefits Administrator

Reports to: HR Manager

Location: St. Petersburg

Main Responsibilities
  1. Implements and administers human resources programs or policies, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.

  2. Provides human resources services, including recruiting and staffing, administration of compensation and benefits programs, training and development, employee or labor relations, and affirmative action/equal employment opportunity compliance.

  3. Completes personnel transactions and maintains associated records, including benefits administration.

  4. Collects and analyzes internal and external information to compare the organization's HR practices to those prevailing in the market.

Requirements

Education: Associate's Degree required

Experience: 0-3 years prior experience relevant to the positions functional area

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to build collaborative relationships

  • Decision-making skills. Interpersonal skills. Judgement

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
