Job Summary
The Executive Director of Branch Operations will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic vision and planning of a branch. This individual will assist with the day-to-day leadership and management, presenting the appropriate image to the public, and assisting with the management of short- and long-range goals of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight in general operations of the branch.
- Monitor performance of overarching goals and initiatives for the branch.
- Establish positive relationships with stakeholders and other vendors at the branch level.
- Assist with management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) at a proficient level.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at an expert level.
- Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at an expert level.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.
- Time management and time-critical prioritization skills.
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- Master of Business Administration Degree Preferred.
- 10+ years of directly related or closely related experience.
- 7 - 10 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience.
- 7 – 10 years of Community Association experience.
