Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and systems.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of maintenance personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Safety and Quality: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, and ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with company safety and quality standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems, including boilers, air compressors, welding and piping, hydraulics and pneumatics, electrical circuitry and PLCs, and electro/mechanical utility and electrical trouble shooting.
  • Project Management: Assist in the design, planning, installation, and maintenance of plant systems, including air cylinders, solenoid valves, steam traps, motor starters, gear reducers, inverter drives, and industrial laundry equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of maintenance experience, with a strong background in plant maintenance and leadership.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
