Job Title: Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
  • Administer medications and treatments, responding promptly to changes in patient condition.
  • Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health management strategies, empowering them to take control of their well-being.
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication among care providers.

Requirements:

  • Unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or a compact license.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) minimum; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, with tuition assistance available for completing the BSN within 5 years of hire.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
  • At least 1 year of RN experience preferred, with new graduates welcome to apply.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
