- A valid LPN license in the United States.
- At least one year of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating expertise and proficiency in nursing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and healthcare providers.
- Current BLS certification, which is essential for providing life-saving interventions when needed.
