Customer Service Representative HVAC

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Dispatch Coordinator for Smart Heating and Cooling. As a key member of our dispatch team, you will be responsible for scheduling and notifying technicians of work assignments, maintaining accurate records of customer service interactions and work orders, and communicating effectively with customers and technicians to resolve issues and answer questions.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and HVAC dispatching, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and notify technicians of work assignments using House Call Pro dispatching software
- Maintain accurate records of customer service interactions and work orders
- Communicate effectively with customers and technicians to resolve issues and answer questions
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service and HVAC dispatching
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Estimated Salary:
$55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
