Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technician to join our team at Paladin Technologies. As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and services to our clients, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Client Services Team to schedule and dispatch to customer sites for break/fix requests, preventative maintenance, and small move, add, and change (MAC) work.
  • Document and report findings and solutions for each service job performed.
  • Coordinate equipment and company vehicle resources as required to effectively manage service tickets.
  • Review, modify, and redline job documentation for assigned tickets when applicable.
  • Perform service work in a professional manner and in accordance with company-established best practices.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly jobsite.
  • Adhere to all applicable safety rules and regulations.
  • Review materials options and verify count accuracy.
  • Facilitate the delivery of staged materials to the jobsite.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Client Services Team regarding schedule, open items, and job status.
  • Communicate with the Client Services Team on the needed job components and materials.
  • Commissioning of trade-specific systems, including device and cable testing, system functionality testing, system settings/configurations, firmware updates, user acceptance testing, and system documentation.
  • Occasional light travel may be required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-6 years of work experience as a Service Technician with a security integrator with manufacturer certifications.
  • Industry experience working with access control, intrusion, and CCTV.
  • Must carry a current Lenel OnGuard Certification.
  • Valid US driver's license with an acceptable record.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening.

  • Video Surveillance: Avigilon, Hanwha, Genetec, Milestone, Exacq, Honeywell, Bosch, Axis.
  • Access Control: LenelS2, AMAG, Avigilon, Genetec, Honeywell, Open Path, Lenel, RS2, Software House, Hirsch.
  • Intrusion: DMP, Honeywell, Bosch.
  • Intercom: Aiphone, Viking.
  • Work experience in the financial market of banks.
  • Engineering or estimating skills.
  • Knowledge of how to program systems.
