Job Overview

This exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer who will be responsible for leading the development of new products, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quoting and Order Entry: Collaborate with programming and ME teams to quote new work, maintain an understanding of overall process flow, and ensure accurate quoting and order entry.
  • Customer Engagement: Work as primary customer contact for development of new products, analyze part models, and communicate manufacturability to customers.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, develop and update Items and Routes in ERP software, and assist in creation and development of Inspection Criteria as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: B.S. in Engineering field preferred or minimum of 5 years in Engineering role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong computer knowledge, excellent communication skills, working knowledge of machining processes, familiarity with ISO13485, and experience with Solidworks or other 3D modeling software.

  • Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Candidates must be able to read blueprints with a working knowledge of GD&T, possess good attention to detail, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
