Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Lead to join our team in Plymouth, IN. As a key member of our quality department, you will be responsible for leading and steering production teams to achieve the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to measure and improve processes, assess risks, and enhance manufacturing quality.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with process owners to identify and mitigate risks, and develop effective countermeasures.
  • Provide training and guidance to production employees on quality-related topics.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a closely related technical field and at least 2 years of relevant experience. You should have knowledge of quality management systems, statistical process control, and lean manufacturing principles.

Salary Estimate: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
