Comtec Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes that meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process instructions and quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Provide guidance and support to production staff on manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing engineering.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams and implementing process improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Green belt or black belt certification in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma.
