Job Title: Senior Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Specialist to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of our optical coating processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean optics and chambers to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform PVD and optical preparation and deposition
  • Conduct spectral evaluation and feature dimensional analysis
  • Perform defect inspection and incoming receiving tests on new material
  • Provide feedback to engineers when developing new processes
Requirements:
  • Typically requires a HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years of metal or optical deposition experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and rigorous attention to detail
  • Be self-motivated and self-disciplined
  • Have previous experience working in a technical field
  • Understand FOD and FOD reduction methods and concerns
  • Experience working in Excel and inputting data
