Job Summary

Mavis Discount Tire is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician with a PA Inspection License to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Harrisburg, PA area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services on customers' vehicles
  • Perform undercar repairs, including brakes, struts, and shocks
  • Complete state-mandated inspections, change oil and filters, check fluids, replace worn parts, and dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance
  • PA State Inspection License
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach, and perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle maintenance and automotive repair
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds
